We are currently looking for enthusiastic Assistant Branch Managers and we invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position:

Debonairs Pizza is looking for a motivated individuals who are ready to begin their journey in leadership to join the team as Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with planning and coordination the day-to-day activities of the store to deliver exceptional experiences to our valued customers. Do you qualify?

• BGCSE/Form 5 or higher
• At least 4 years of restaurant management experience within a “great” customer service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including people, product, and customer processes.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Financial and business acumen.
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Able to work flexible shifts - including weekends, holidays & evenings
