Well guess what you are in luck!! We are recruiting for an exceptional Barman to join Retail Group’s Keg & Elephant  – Sir Seretse Khama International Airport Branch.

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Barman to join our team at The Keg & Elephant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, an in-depth knowledge of beverages, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Barman, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. This invitation extends only to those people that are serious about establishing a long-term career within hospitality.

DO YOU QUALIFY? 

- Certification in bartending or mixology.

- Previous experience working in a pub or bar setting.

- Knowledge of local and international beverage brands.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Must have accommodation close to Sebele/SSKIA in areas such as Block 8, Block 10, Broadhurst, Ledumang etc.

- Ability to thrive in working in a fast-paced environment             

- Required to work shifts and weekends (our SSKIA restaurant opens at 6am to serve passengers on early flights, morning shift starts at 5am).

- Fluent in English and Setswana

- Patient and hardworking to deliver on our service promise
