          We are currently ‘saucing’ for next exceptional Branch Manager for our upcoming Debonairs Pizza store in Pilane

LEAD THE WAY IN MAINTAINING OPERATIONAL STANDARDS, SAFEGUARDING RESTAURANT ASSETS, AND ENSURING EXCELLENT AND OR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

A great career opportunity awaits the right individual who is looking to lead and take full accountability in Managing our new Debonairs Pizza store in Pilane.

Work independently and run the Restaurant as if it was your own, providing leadership and day-to-day supervision on the running and delivery of the various operations of the business.

Your role is central in directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales and maintaining a track record of the branch's operations as well as managing staff performance, staff welfare, and maintaining team discipline thus we need your following qualifications and experience:

• BGCSE/Form 5 or higher
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience within a “great” customer service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including people, product, and customer processes.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Financial and business acumen.
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Able to work flexible shifts - including weekends, holidays & evenings
