We're Hiring: Branch Manager for our QSR Brand (Debonairs Pizza Jwaneng)

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Debonairs Pizza Jwaneng.

As a Branch Manager, you will be expected to lead your team with energy and purpose ensuring great customer experiences, operational efficiency, and the achievement of sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

•Lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best

•Drive store profitability through effective planning, cost control, and execution

•Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards

•Manage stock, inventory, and supplier relationships

•Report on store performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

•A minimum of Form 5 certificate

•At least 3–5 years of management experience (QSR experience strongly preferred)

•Strong leadership and people management skills

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Basic computer literacy

•Flexibility to work restaurant hours, including weekends and public holidays
