What’s Your Purpose


Reporting into our Group General Manager, you will be accountable to lead our northern team as you inspire, motivate and train your team members to building the North store clusters as a successful business entity. Within an agreed budget, you will be required to execute on strategies and systems to deliver on our mission of providing exceptional world class operational standards, image control and team support structure which will deliver maximum returns through all your stores.

Your Roles and Responsibilities include:

As an all-round strategic and operations focused individual, we would require you to deliver on (but not limited to) the following:

  • Oversee the operations of all company owned quick service restaurants (QSR) in the North region
  • Serve as the conduit between the MSO, the local food services supply chain and the company QSR network
  • Ensure full compliance with approved current operations standards, laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations across the network
  • Provide a full franchise system service to QSR company owned sites inclusive of operations, stock, training, locality marketing and business consulting
  • Ensure the Company QSR fleet is managed and running at full capacity at all times
  • Ensure suitable staffing at all sites as per the company QSR head count report
  • Effective management of all operational costs to within prescribed budgets
  • Achievement of approved monthly and annual budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Achievement of scorecard KPI’s
  • Be a role mode for leadership and mentorship of all Company QSR operations team
  • Assist with ad-hoc IR and HR related issues
  • Identify training needs and coordinate activities with the training department to achieve business targets
  • Development and management of an annual business plan and budget for the company QSR network

Your Secret Recipe to Our Future Success?

  • This roll calls for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of seven years’ experience with a multinational food services franchisor in either a General Manager or Operations Manager position essential
  • A masters degree and two years with a multiple restaurant brand operation , will be ideal and strengthen your application.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, coupled with the skill to examine, re-engineer and implement new operational procedures.
  • Through analyzing and interpreting financial data, you are able to develop financial plans and manage resources.
  • Your professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills is essential to interact with all levels of our community as you motivate teams and simultaneously manage several products at one time.
  • Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (to develop and deliver presentations), email and internet is essential
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision as you willingly work flexible schedules and prepared to travel (valid drivers’ license and passport)
